Brandon was born and raised in Utah where he attended Weber State University. Brandon has assisted taxpayers in dealing with their tax problems with the Internal Revenue Service for over Ten Years. Brandon worked for a large national tax resolution firm as a tax consultant meeting with taxpayers in dire need of tax assistance and resolution.
Brandon has taken and passed the tough Enrolled Agent examination which allows him to represent taxpayers in front of the Internal Revenue Service. Since then he has experience in dealing with the Internal Revenue Service in removing levies, representing taxpayer in IRS and State audits, innocent spouse representation, offer in compromise representation and other IRS collection defense in resolving taxpayers issues.
Brandon is very result oriented minded as he has spent the last 10 years dealing face to face with clients who needed results immediately in stressful situations. He is keen to this and drives for results.
Brandon still meets with every client and remains the main communication point between client and Resolute Tax.
Brandon currently lives with his wife Maren and their three kids in Chandler, AZ.

Brad was born and raised in Mesa, AZ.. Brad attended Mountain View High School. Brad then did his undergraduate work at Brigham Young University and Arizona State University. After his undergraduate work was finished Brad started two successful Real Estate appraisal companies. After selling those Companies, Brad decided to enroll in Law School at the Phoenix School of Law. While in Law school Brad had ample experience in the schools non-profit Tax Clinic. Brad is currently finishing becoming an Enrolled Agent as well.
Brad has skills that are to the advantage of the taxpayer. These skills are communication and integrity. With these and other skills Brad has become one of the leaders in Arizona in Tax Representation.
Brad currently lives with his wife and four kids in Gilbert, AZ.
Daniel Metcalfe, EA

Daniel was raised in Bountiful, Utah. Daniel attended and graduated from Bountiful High School and went on to attend Utah Valley University. Daniel has experience in customer service to go along with his extensive tax knowledge. Daniel grew to know tax and IRS rules and laws in a remarkable speed and passing the Enrolled Agent Exam in his first time for all tests. He has extensive experience in filing taxes and dealing one on one with the IRS. He has saved our clients hundreds of thousands of dollars through representing them in filing and getting approved Offer in Compromises. Daniel also has experience in representing clients filing for payment plans and in IRS and State audits.
Daniel is in charge of accounting and customer management. Daniel also helps with the office administration and client inquiries at the firm.
Daniel currently lives in Tempe, Arizona as well as in Bountiful Utah. Daniel is currently a student in the ASU Sandra Day O'Conner Law School.
